Secure access

Patients receive a unique access code after screening. Two-factor authentication is available.

Your results

• View grading report: see your DR severity grade, an explanation of what it means, and recommended follow-up action.
• Screening history: timeline of all past screenings with grade progression.
• Download/print: export your grading report as PDF for your GP or endocrinologist.

Educational content

Learn about diabetic retinopathy: what it is, what your results mean, and when you should be screened next. Results and explanations are available in English, Dutch, and Spanish.

Referral & follow-up

If referral is recommended, you can request an appointment with a participating ophthalmologist directly through the portal.
